A while ago Miranda was trying to tempt me back into blogging. I told her that I have done so much and have so much to say that I don't know where to start.
She said:
START FROM WHAT YOU ARE DOING NOW!!
I guess she was right.....but I may work backwards a bit too!
In July I finally mailed my TAT Artisan Package......
.....it had only taken me 7 years....
Oh my goodness,I couldn't believe that I started it in 2005,
where did the time go to.
I remember chatting with Gina about it...only seems like yesterday.
I hope I made her proud of me.
It was a kick up the backside from my Lace Guild to get it finished and produce another certificate for them, that finally did it.
It was a LOT of hard work to get my pieces looking as good as I wanted....you know that I am that cursed thing..(I blame being a Virgo!)....
....a perfectionist....
Congratulations and well done, it might have taken a while but it's worth it

Congratulations! That's so wonderful! Of course you already knew you were a skilled tatter, but it's always nice to have it acknowledged by others who know what they are looking at and have very high standards.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to see you blogging regularly!
Congratulations. A wonderful accomplishment.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated 70th Birthday.
Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteCongratulation! Not that you NEED this TAT. Course, because you truly do not, but I am so proud of you for doing it!
ReplyDeleteI am delighted to see you blogging and happily anticipate some new Tatskool tats!

Congratulations! Hmmm... maybe I should get back to my Apprentice course that I started almost 7 years ago!
ReplyDeleteThanks for your applause Margaret,Miranda,JB and Jane. Fox I certainly needed your kind words and you know just how hard and the TAT course is and the satisfaction it gives. Diane thanks be to goodness I am not the only one to leave it lying for 7 years...I did have a couple of restarts in the middle.....only to be distracted again. Can I be the one to give you a kick start to get your Apprentice finished....its really worth the effort. Always here with help and advice. Now to show some real Tatskool tats!!!!
